Coping with complex – some would say existential – change isn’t natural. The reason why emergency management, project management and personal improvement tools exist and are constantly refined is because many of the principles go against what at first glance seem to be ‘natural’ or ‘normal’ reactions.
Our initial response and ‘natural’ reaction to COVID is now outdated. We need to accept our evolving perspective and use it to our advantage while we are dealing with the pandemic.
