Project management
- 2018 – Project Manager with HealthShare Ltd – Shared Services agency (Regional Health Integration Team) for the five ‘Midland’ District Health Boards.
- Child Health project for joint (5 DHB) expenditure on initiatives to improve early primary care engagement, assessment, referral, and Māori health equity.
- Interim Project Manager for Cardiac and Radiology portfolio.
- 2011-2017 – Established and managed a new business unit (within Auckland Regional Public Health Service) responsible for emergency management, business continuity and after hours services, <5 direct reports.
- After hours (on-call staffing, systems and logistics) management lead.
- Quick-response team design and management, including emerging disease border control (Ebola, Zika Virus, pandemic influenza), Rugby World Cup 2011, Mass Arrivals border control, H1N1 ‘Swine Flu’ incident control.
- 2005-2007 – Designed, established and managed new business unit (within Adecco Australia – Melbourne Head Office) for compliance and improving government subsidy claims.
- Managed roll-out to 65 national branches throughout Australia.
- Designed staff training programme, stakeholder management (including Non-Government Organisation contacts and Australian government assessment team), upgrade of Adecco national database system to manage subsidy claims.
- Built new business unit revenue from zero to $2.3m p/a within two years.
